Working closely with our customers, MicroPrecision (MP) offers a complete line of manufacturing services.

At the prototype stage, MP can offer advice on dimensioning and tolerances as a design-for-manufacturing activity. Part manufactures are supported by a temperature-controlled inspection facility using CMM and Wenzel Gear measurement tools. The production of full FAI and PPAP level inspection reports is also a standard part of our service offering.

MRP and IT tools are used to offer flexibility in scheduling, adapting our capacity to customer demands while achieving a high level of delivery performance. Portal access is a familiar way of working, as it is a discrete way to offer Purchase Order instructions.
